AFS Box Off Filtration Problems for Large Plastic Container Manufacturer

24th February 2014

When a major manufacturer approached AFS regarding filtration issues, the client immediately knew they were in safe hands. After all, this was the starting point for AFS many years ago.

The client wanted to ensure their cooling system had measures in place to protect it from suspended particulates, and unwanted foreign material including oil and grease were removed from their effluent drainage system. After an initial consultation it was agreed that all liquids would be filtered down to a level of 25 micron through the utilisation of high quality bag filtration and media. Both systems were also fitted with re-circulating pumps and all the necessary inter-connecting pipework.
